FACILITIES MANAGER
The above charity requires a suitably qualified and part-time, Facilities Manager to manage the charity’s assets & its administration.
In order to run this smoothly we are seeking to appoint a person that can, with the support of the charity Trustees, Volunteer Co-ordinator & Volunteers, effectively manage the day to day running of the facilities over two sites with recreation grounds & car parks involved. Ideally the person will have competence in facility management, its administration, including experience in bookings, etc.,
This post will require a working knowledge of word, excel, outlook – posting information onto various social media sites, hiring agreements & digital calendars such as Hallmaster etc., be flexible in working hours, physically be able to move various items of furniture. Collect various data & contribute to reports with a working knowledge of organisational & legislative policy.
Place of work – Aber-porth Village Hall & the Dyffryn Centre
Responsible to - AVH&RG Committee of Trustees
Hours of work – Flexible 16hrs/week (to cover external/internal charity events)
Salary - £14.00/hr.
(Probationary period of 6mths).
Allowances – Mileage
Training – necessary for the role – annual/periodic
