MP plants tree at centre

MP Ben Lake planted a tree at Canolfan Dyffryn as part of the National Trust Wales Blossom Watch campaign to connect more people to nature.
He was helped by village hall chairman Mike Harwood and community co-ordinator Nicola King plus community council chairman Robin Young.
"Gardd Gymunedol Aberporth/Aberporth Community Garden and the Community Fridge are excellent local organisations that use gardening, food growing and food sharing to help individuals learn new skills and promote health and well-being in the community. It's always a pleasure to visit Nicola and the team of volunteers, and to meet the people who benefit from the organisation's good work," he said.
